Returns
We specialize in unique items that are not mass produced and are made to order. All custom product orders are sold as is/where is and can not be returned for a refund unless they are defective.
Products that are received with a manufacturing defect will be replaced by Virginia By Kayak, LLC. Notice must be given within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and the item must be returned to us. We will contact you after we have examined the returned product to discuss a resolution which could include a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
